This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding the cancellation of subscriptions and the processing of refunds. By purchasing a subscription or service on Hyperr Volt, you agree to the terms below.
2. Cancellation Policy
Subscription Plans
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings > Billing page.
- Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
- Access: You will retain access to premium features until your subscription expires.
- Renewal: Once cancelled, your plan will not auto-renew, and no further charges will be applied.
3. Refund Policy
Hyperr Volt operates as a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform dealing in digital goods and instant access features. Therefore, we generally follow a strict no-refund policy once a payment has been processed.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the services during the subscription period.
- Dissatisfaction with influencer responses (as this depends on third-party actions).
- Partial months or unused portions of annual plans.
Eligible Refund Circumstances:
We may consider refund requests solely at our discretion under the following conditions:
- Double Charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error.
- Service Failure: If the platform was inaccessible for a significant duration (more than 48 hours) due to server-side issues on our end.
4. Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase (e.g., Credit Card, UPI, Wallet).
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
- For Cashfree payments, the refund status can be tracked via the transaction ID provided by our support team.
5. Campaign Budget Refunds
For funds added to your "Campaign Wallet" or "Escrow" for paying influencers:
- Funds reserved for a specific collaboration that is cancelled (by either party) before work begins will be returned to your Hyperr Volt Wallet.
- Wallet balances can be used for future campaigns or withdrawn to your bank account upon request (subject to a processing fee).
